Roles and Responsibilities Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts.
Work with design, analytics & engineering teams to communicate release goals and be a part of the product life cycle.
Interface with Sales & Client Servicing teams to identify product gaps and evangelize new features for product selling -
Understand Customer segments and define product pricing.
Own product performance and conduct periodic performance reviews
Training of new joiners about all the products and their end-to-end flow.
Desired Candidate Profile Excellent Communication and Email Writing Skills.
Expert in MS Word, Presentation, Excel, and Advance Excel.
Outstanding Leadership, Interpersonal and Time Management Skills.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
Sharp data analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative thinker with a vision.
