Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes (IT & Non-IT Recruitments)
  • Sourcing CV from Naukri, Linked In, etc.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit & compatibility.
  • Present shortlisted candidates & provide detailed profile summaries.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and Induction.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc. and resolve issues and problems.
  • Joining Formalities & Exit Formalities (Separation, Termination, Retirement, Resignation)
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Employee Engagement.
  • Research & develop recruiting leads.
  • Looked after the Stationary requirement & Petty Cash

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Infrastructure Industry or Software Industry.
  • Understand the requirements for Recruitment and Operations.
  • Managing the Entire HR Gamut or HR Process
  • Build and maintain employee and Management Relations within Organization
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with convincing skill
