Your Role and Responsibilities
Role :-
Transition Manager you will supports transfer of responsibility for service delivery from the customer to the delivery organization during the initial stages of the contract

  • Transition Managers range from only a subset of delivery transfer to responsibility for the overall transition.
  • Expected to know and apply standard methodologies to support the execution during all phases of transition including appropriate closure activities.
  • Client-facing and have a focus on client satisfaction and the overall client relationship
  • Creation of Process Design document, with Integration to Process, Tools, Systems etc. (eg: CMDB Design from Sources)
  • Create ITIL 4 Service Models for an engagement, with help from client/engagement Application Architects/Technical Leads
  • Conduct Process workshops on ITIL v3/4 Process Solutions, with key stakeholders
  • Create Process Transformation Plan and Solutions, for identified scope, solution outcome model etc.
  • Define, Design, Document and Implement any ITIL v3/4 Process using agreed Tool.
  • Optimized Process value levers/offerings/ROI/Benchmarking outcomes (covering Ops / Commercial Index)
  • Create Process Assessment Maturity Model, for any ITIL v3/4 process topic
  • Review & Assess Process Gaps and advise CSI/Best Practice Solutions for use/implementation (Short/Long Term).
  • Propose & Implement best practice solutions, on any ITIL v3/4 Practice/Process topics
  • Train client/engagement team on designed/implemented Process (all 34 ITIL Process)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 5 years hands on experience in Design & Implementation of any ITIL Process/Solution onto any Tool (from Scratch)
  • 5 years delivery and operational management experience on engagements using ITIL v3/4 processes or solutions.
  • Proven in Communication skills (to present Process Solutions, Consultancy etc.)
  • Documentation Skills (eg: Creating Enterprise Process Architecture Designs/Manuals etc.)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
