  • In this highly visible role, the candidate will report to the State Sales Head / National Sales Head/Director Sales
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Experience in working with Doctors, Hospital purchase & pharmacy network
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing, distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Customers
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
  • Strong working experience in Hospital & distributor business model
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
  • Experience in selling of, pharma products
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including operation, finance.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Support the management system by regular reporting on business development activity and sales progression on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of relevant sales experience including management, combination of sales, business development, and partnership development experience.
  • Must be and Arabic speaker with a good command of English both oral and written.
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementation of sales strategy.
  • Technical sales skills.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of market research.
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge (Pharmaceutical, general medicine).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership skills, business acumen and proven ability to deliver world-class results.
