  • Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Actively manage account relationship and execute overall division and commercial strategies
  • Develop and maintain multi-level and multi-function customer relations, especially academic customers
  • Develop/maintain/publish academic customer profile and analysis
  • Organize/manage regional and corporate reviews of accounts/distributors
  • Develop actionable and measurable satisfaction improvement plans Develop detailed account/sales plans for each assigned customers/distributors
  • Develop account sales budget
  • Develop expense budget
  • Identify opportunities and risks
  • Actively manage complexity at assigned accounts/distributors
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 2-5 years’ sales experience in biology related industry in agency /competitor or 1-2 years’ lab experience in CRO with good sales sense and motivation.
  • Good communication ,outgoing.
  • Good written English, oral English can be workable.
  • Desired
  • Have some customer resources in scientific research institutions.
  • Have lab background for the candidates whose current job is sales.
