Job Title: Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:

As a Tele Caller Executive, you will play a crucial role in the sales and marketing efforts of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls/receive inbound calls from potential customers and clients. This role requires good communication skills and a good listener.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Outbound Calls:

- Make outbound calls to a list of potential leads, clients, or customers provided by the organization.

2. Lead Generation:

- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

5. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.

- Ensure data privacy and comply with data protection regulations when handling customer information.

6. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest product or service offerings, pricing, and promotions.

- Attend training sessions and product briefings to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements:

- Good understanding of verbal and written English language.

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.

- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Working knowledge of Basic Computer skills.
