Technical Lead

The senior Technical Lead is primarily responsible for the effective solution and delivery of SAAS Ops. The responsibilities include activities like customer management, technical solution, customization design, and delivery/development of customs, interface configuration and testing, integration to 3rd party software and data loading. We are looking for a candidate with working in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Participate in implementations of the systems as a member of the SAAS Ops team
  • Design, Develop and test customizations and work closely with the PM, BAs, and customer’s team.
  • Participate with team in design/ code reviews to ensure consistency in architecture and design/code practice.
  • Assist customers with technical task related to implementations (hardware/software selection and sizing) deployment and interface strategy.
  • Drive data loading efforts, works with customers to explain format of data, help customer with mapping, analyse content, perform data loading and report errors to customer.
  • Monitor and drive application performance improvement.
  • Provide consultation and support to colleagues. Mentor junior members of the team.
  • It is an individual contributor role, with hands on development. However, depending on the candidate seniority, he/she could be given practice/team management responsibilities.
Job Qualifications
  • Work experience of 10+ Years
  • Hands-on experience in Core Java and J2EE and related technologies such as server -side, real- time, transaction-based Java and Java/ JDBC.
  • Oracle SQL, PL/SQL experience required.
