Responsibilities:
  • Write helpful, accurate, well-organized, consistent, and highly effective content from scratch.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the quality, discoverability, and accuracy of the content you create.

  • Develop Admin Guides, User Guides, Installation Guides and Process Flow Documents by following standard templates.

  • Preparing FAQs to support the development teams to solve client queries.

  • The ability to quickly learn complex concepts and technologies and clearly explain

    them to others within the target audience’s context.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools, and

    processes.

  • Work within Agile development, using JIRA to track and plan documentation work.

  • Manage multiple documentation projects.

  • Ability to work with teams in geographically distributed areas.

  • Knowledge of markdown or other markup languages that allow you to create documentation in flat text files.

  • Continually and proactively gather information from software developers, designers, and product managers about new features and upcoming product changes

  • Understanding of cloud computing and its components
