• Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
• Provide any training that team members need
• Communicate clear instructions to team members
• To ensure that students receive a timely Mentorship in appropriate way as per their needs.
• Should be passionate about changing the way students learn.
• An ability to stay Planned & focused.
• Responsible for encouraging students to develop enthusiasm in their whole preparation.
• Responsible for talking and solving queries of Students in their preparation journey.
• To develop & deliver appropriate Learning Strategies.
• Responsible for Building Rapport of Company While Taking Time to Time Feedback of Students.
• To participate in calling for our Results Service in July & March Months (as per Schedule of Exam).
• To ensure that all Query & Other support work for students is appropriately managed.
• To Contribute & Participate with Category Management, Moderator Team, and IM Team for generating engaging posts for Students for Developing their Interest in the exam.
