  • Responsibilities:

· Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing top talents for the US market for various client requirements.

· Leverage Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB etc.) and Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter Etc.) to find the matching candidate for client recruitment.

· Most of our requirements are Contract, Contract-hire and Direct-hire positions which involve recruitment US citizens and green card holders. You should be able to create a strong pipeline of matching candidates for the requirements.

· Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittals ratio between Interview/Placement.

  • Basic Requirements

· 2-5 Years of Experience as a IT Recruiter.

· Ability to handle sourcing requirements for various IT roles.

· Technical background needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs

· Passion in customer service and recruitment

· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

· Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

· Go-Getter and Someone with passion in recruiting.

· Flexible to work in the Night Shifts.

· Bachelors Degree from a Recognized University ( preferred )

· Knowledge of end-to-end IT Recruitment process. ( preferred )
