Job Description:

Critical: Tasks which would have a significant impact on the Organization ability to conduct normal business or objective.

Critical Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage P&L for the department

2. Cross selling of Karma’s products with known and clients

3. Operations Management - SLA & TAT Adherence

4. Transition Management & Onboarding of new clients

5. Carry out Process improvements

6. Client Relationship Management, Build rapport with client

7. Billing & Collections – Ensure timely invoices are raised & resolve any client query related to payment to ensure payments are received.

8. Team Management

· Hire team member against vacancy and manage the team of recruiters

· Train the team member on the technical matters

· Understand the work related problem and help resolving

· Evaluate performance and give feedback

· Develop Team Member to take up new tasks

- Mange the target of the recruiters, ensure targets are met month on month , Weekly reviews

Non Critical Role and Responsibilities

1. Conducing training for staff for process improvements

2. Monthly status update report to client and the management.
