· Maintaining and handling day-to-day Stores operations as per requirement
· Handling day-to-day office Maintenance activities
· Preparation of PO, Invoices in ERP System, Follow up with internal / external vendors for all ordered materials
- Checking materials received are as per purchase order / invoice for correctness both in terms of Right part and quantity discrepancies.
· Creating GRN, Incoming physical inspection, Issue of components on time, Handling material pull-out requests from internal departments like WO (Work order), MRF (Material return form) and MRR (Material return request), Updating necessary records in ERP, Stock checking on each month end, Maintaining of all warehouse documents
· Complying FIFO system & maintain the warehouse with 5S & Housekeeping.
· Field work - Need to travel for all official related works, should be able to interact with Bank officials/Govt Officials, Letter correspondence, etc
· Assisting other Office staffs in wide range of office duties.
· Should Arrange for Office Essentials such as Raw Material purchases, Stationary & other office needs
· Collecting and Distributing Couriers and Parcels as needed
Keyr*esponsibility: *
· Maintain high level of accuracy in stock & proper storage of goods in warehouse
· Responsible for all warehouse operations including shipping and receiving deliveries, coordinating stock,
· Documenting - Inventory reports, warehouse transactions, maintaining records and overseeing storage of surplus inventory.
· The key area of responsibility will also include Creating GRN and forwarding to accounts for making payments
· Keep Office Timings – Open /Close prior to office Timing, with Flexible office Hrs as needed
· Supervising House Keeping activities, CAPEX maintenance, Keeping Office clean
- File records maintenance both internal and external records
- Maintenance of statutory registers & basic office bookkeeping
Worke*xperienceand requirements for skills*
· 3-5 years of experience in similar Job with clean track record
· Good oral and written communication skills. numeracy stock management.
· ERP working knowledge – Tally, SAP, NetSuite, etc.
· ISO Audit preparations & also to ensure w/o NC’s
· Good Knowledge Excel sheet, MS word, Outlook, Invoicing, E-waybill, GST knowledge
· Aware of Material Reconciliation & RMA process
- Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Educational & Language skills:
· Bachelor of commerce
· Fluent spoken and written English
Special aspects to be considered in candidate interview:
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry
