Job Description: Provide Training to MFO Candidates/Responsibility for STC

  • Counselling prospect students on a regular basis and admitted students as and when required.
  • Completing admission documentation
  • Conducting entrance tests and evaluating the answer books; preparing merit lists and announcing results.
  • Accepting and depositing contribution fees from students and issuing contribution receipts to them. Depositing on daily basis the collected contribution in the Trusts bank account. Sharing the deposit slip on WhatsApp with the HO team.
  • Preparing and displaying the batch-wise training session plan on the notice board at STC and with admitted students. The same must also be shared with the HO admin staff as well.
  • Conducting classroom training as per the session plan and mentoring students. Students must be engaged in dialogues during sessions. There must be videos and audios played for the students during classroom sessions wherever required.
  • Facilitating audio / video conferencing on the first and the last days of every batch to coordinate a discussion with students on maintaining discipline during their course and awarding them with the certification / Graduation Day on the last day of the program.
  • Sharing MIS related to the Admission data, Attendance data, Feedback data, Financial data (cash inflow and outflow), Placement data, Dropout students data, etc.
  • Coordination with CMCs branch and regional offices for field exposure visits of the students under training. Preparation of the detailed activity level plan during field exposure visit and sharing the same with students.
  • Coordinating with HO team for conducting placement activities at the STC for the students during their last week of training program.
  • Coordinating with Mobilization Executive (ME) for attracting prospect students.
  • Coordination with CMCs branch and regional offices for any local support required.
  • Coordination with HO for any other MIS and reporting purposes

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in MS office (MIS & Report)
  • Letter/E-mail writing.
  • Training & Admin Skill
  • Interpersonal & Presentation Skills
  • Graduate and above
  • Relevant Experience in Microfinance/Banking sector (2 yrs & above)
