Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Development team to ensure product quality in a fast-paced,agile environment.

• Write automated tests cases. Automate, don’t just verify and report. Take responsibility for the product and ultimately the quality of delivery.

• Analyze requirements and design, build and execute test cases to assure the quality of the application under test.

• Be able to load, manage and track test cases in our test management tool JIRA.

• Demonstrate experience in implementing BDD/TDD testing practices.

• Execute manual tests for new features and bug fixes. Create and execute automated test cases for UI and API-level verification. Identify, report, track, and verify issues.

• Ability to develop and execute various types of tests including: functional, system, integration, end-to-end, black box, regression, API.

• Write test plans and test cases for web applications, REST APIs, and data validation in a multi-tiered environment processing millions of rows of data.

• Experience with automation testing (QTP, Selenium etc.) and performance and load testing (JMeter etc.)

• Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.

• Proactively drive quality through collaboration, process improvement, innovative thinking, root cause analysis and experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar work experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance.

• Minimum 7 years of experience using test management software, JIRA knowledge preferred.

• Experience with automation testing (Data driven / Custom In-house frameworks). Analyzing needs, creating / maintaining frameworks and test suites to meet testing demands in a high paced environment.

• Experience with Selenium Web Driver,QTP,UFT,TestNG,SoapUI,Cucumber,JBehave,Jmeter,Postman,Eclipse.

• Expertise in setting up CI/CD, build deployments with Jenkins and Java/Python/Ruby/Groovy/JavaScript

• Working Knowledge of SQL and other data retrieval methods.

• Knowledge on Cloud like AWS/Azure

• Experience testing web applications, the API and UI layer.

• Must have the ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
