External Job Overview & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Data mining/crunching/analysis and updating of dashboards
• Drive Process automation
• Operations Metrics Achievement
• Handling escalations related to RTV delivery & negotiating TATs/Terms with logistic partners and Brands.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Managing RTV operations (key KPI’s)
• Managing RTV logistics and handling 3P accounts
• Drive automation projects with Data and Analytics to build lean management systems
• MIS and data reporting – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly as per requirement
• Overall execution of day-to-day operations
• Good communications skills and ability to manage cross-functional stake holders
• Strong Numbers / Analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines
• Active problem solver who can work with data effectively
• Great team player with demonstrated traits in previous work experience / projects
• Takes complete end-to-end ownership
• Is able to creates plans, prioritize tasks and deliver quality outcomes
• Is able to support team in implementing new solutions
• Preferred (but not mandatory): Built automation process or systems in previous work experience or projects
• Preferred (but not mandatory): E-com experience
• Preferred (but not mandatory): Operations background
• Preferred (but not mandatory) : SQL and Python knowledge
