Senior Backend Developer - TypeScript, Node.js and Python

We seek a highly-skilled Senior Backend Developer with a strong understanding of Python, TypeScript, and Node.js. You will be part of a dynamic development team working with the latest Large Language Model (LLM) technologies like OpenAI, LangChain, and RLHF to redefine the Wealth Management future using AI. You will play an important role in supporting customers while ensuring bugs do not occur by writing unit and automated tests. This role is ideal for a senior developer with a background in QA and Support.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-quality software systems in an Agile development environment.
• Improve application reliability by ensuring the code is secure and tested before the application is released into production.
• Write unit and automated tests using Python and Node.js (TypeScript).
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards.
• Support, test, and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Expert in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and API development
• Proficient in Continuous Integration (CI), Agile Methodologies (Scrum), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Ability to author Technical Design Documents (TDD) and other technical documentation
• Experienced in Quality Assurance tools and processes
• Ability to provide direct Customer Support
