Job Title Senior Assistant, Sales Operations

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.
Key Responsibilities

  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive action on key Help a Customer(HAC) submissions
  • Customer focused attitude to drive the resolution for Sales team
  • Primarily working internally with responsible business functions in Dell to drive closure. Occasional customer facing interaction may be required.
  • Work with resolution groups globally and across all business functions.
  • Ability to multi-task to use multiple tools and handle multiple escalations at same time
  • Ability to handle changing priorities on daily or hourly basis due to the needs of the business
  • Detailed orientated to track multiple instances simultaneously
  • Intake analyze and assign executive escalations to various business functions.


Graduate Care/Sales Support experience preferred. Strong attention to details. Customer Experience Focused. Self-management, Fluent in professional communication in English - written and verbal. Excellent knowledge on Dell products, enterprise, software, services portfolio. Flexible work hours. Knowledge of Care/Tech processes and tools. (fusion, Delta, OP, OEP, SFDC Lightning, etc.,)

Time in role requirement: Minimum 18 months.
