Roles and Responsibilities

i) Support in planning and formulating shot term & long term policies for the company

ii) Support in Design & Develop strategy and roadmap, which are aligned to the business strategy, goals and objectives

iii) Mapping business requirements and leading efforts towards developing & implementing SAP / IT processes

iv) Ensure continuity in IT enabled business operations across all locations

v) Direct and monitor IT related projects

vi) Recruit, Train, Develop and retain the IT support team.

vii) Define KPIs/ metrics & report the same to Management

viii) Vendor management, quotation analysis and control of all software inventory

ix) Liasoning with SAP support team and functions across organization

x) Identify, evaluate and finalise software applications to meet any new requirements in the organization

xi) Extend necessary IT support to Social Media Marketing and Online sales team

Desired Candidate Profile

a.)BE/B.Tech / MCA with Computer science background from a reputed Institute & over 10 years of experience.

b) Implementation of 2 S4 HANA project minimum.

c) Must have at least 2 years of experience at an Engagement Manager Level managing a team involved in ERP / business applications management (development to support)

d) Exposure to business processes in manufacturing is desired

e) Need to have independent expertise in with at least 2 implementations in SAP functional domains of PP,MM, SD & FI

f) Must have an experience of min. 5 years in SAP environment with thorough knowledge of business and technical functionalities

g) Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure

h) Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and coordinate across locations

i) Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities
