Roles and Responsibilities

• Must have experience in selling Loan against shares product (Bank or NBFC)
• To deliver budgeted sales volumes, profitability and Fee Income in the designated geography
• To undertake new client acquisition, retention & growth for larger customer base
• Responsible for overall fee/Revenue/ Book acquisition under LAS product
• Responsible for team handling & its efficiency to meet targets
• To ensure risk management, policy/process adherence & documentation
• To handle direct & channel relationship(DSA)
• Redressing customers query and liaise with other team (Branch and CPU) to give prompt solutions
• Ensuring relationship with customers for OD & Limit disbursements
• Ensuring quality service standards & understanding the process
• Knowledge about depository & DP transactions
