We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets.
  • Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.
  • Provide training and coaching to the team to improve their sales skills & and close more deals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Set team targets and develops incentives rules and regulations to motivate the team to achieve their goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends & and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop Funnel Building, Lead management process & Sale process automation

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven 4-5 years of experience in B2C sales in an EdTech Background
  • Strong leadership skills, decision-making, and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • BMS/BBA/MBA or other graduation in sales & and marketing fields.
  • Problem-solving & relation-building skills
