Roles and Responsibilities

  • Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Encourage the customer to come for a property tour.
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members
  • Provide calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements
