Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Encourage the customer to come for a property tour.
- Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members
- Provide calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements
