Candidate should close the deals at least 2 - 4 deals in a month.
He will physically visit the properties assigned to complete property on boarding, tenant search, tenant move in/out.
He will manage the operations with efficiency and be expected to work independently and without oversight.

In charge of all local marketing activities for the location
Responsible for achieving all network-related targets as assigned for the location (network expansion, product placement etc)
Physically visit to monitor the maintenance work performed by vendors. Ensure
Guide vendors how to listing the properties which they want to add up on the site.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Desirable & mandatory 2 - 10 years of experience working in an operations & senior sales manager role.
