We require a real estate manager who is proficient in managing the team and dealing with clients. This role is important for bringing new leads to the organization which eventually be encashed and will result in growing the organization.

Responsibilities

Following are the expected responsibilities of the person

• Interact/Communicate with the team/clients professionally.
• Manage the leads and take proactive follow-ups.
• Handle any property documentation records for the properties dealt with.
• Properly understanding the client’s requirements.
• Clearly informing the real estate agent in the team about the client’s requirements.
• Proactive in taking follow up with the clients and the agents in the organization for the properties.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification required

• BA/MBA qualified.
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate dealings.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
