Commercial HVAC

1.1 Educational qualifications: B Tech or BE in Mechanical Engineering

1.2 Experience: 7-8 years minimum experience as a Sr.Project Engineer in VRF, Ducteds (Split Ducteds as well as Roof Top Pkgd Acs), Cassette Acs, AHUs with regular as well as VRF ODUs

1.3 Job Profiling: Should have handled sites individually with work force reporting directly to him

Exposure to handling site meetings, maintaining Minutes of meeting, Scheduling & execution of work - daily/weekly/monthly within allocated Budgets is a must

Should produce Track record list of Jobs executed & Positions worked over years in detail

Must be familiar with SMACNA standards, and possess a high motivation for excellent class of execution

Must have demonstrated value Engg thru Projects handl;ed so far

Candidate should possess excellent Commercial Skills in addition to sourcing suppliers for materials / Labour

Must have knowledge of how Project Accounting works. Exposure to basic software in this line will be an advantage
