Job Title : Senior Staff / Principal Staff / Software Test Architect

Experience : 12+ years

Job Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Job Requirement :

• Test Planning​ - Should be able to come up with test plans along with estimates and risks
• X86/processor architecture​ - Should understand and able to write assembly code and debug
• Strategic planning - Strategic planning to meet the organization goals and to use resources optimally
• Parallel programming - Parallel programming ability and thread level debugging
• Process Management - Following the process and evolving the process for long term
• Quality - Quality first mindset
• Agile - Agile is an additional advantage

Required Experience :

• Coding - C/C++, x86 architecture, assembly programming, parallel programming and debugging, opencl/opencv
• Test framework development - Automating the existing tests and evolving the test frameworks
• Process innovation - Follow the existing process and same time evolve the process to meet company goals
• Defect tracking and triaging - Cross team collaboration for defects, tracking
• Requirement analysis - Communicate with developers/designers for freezing requirements and developing test plans
• Start Up mindset - Should have start up mind set to think innovatively and question existing practices and provide solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

• C/C++, X86 architecture, assembly programming, parallel programming and debugging strategic planning, Test planning, Frameworks, Requirement Analysis & Technical Specifications, Process & Performance Management/ Quality.
