• Responsible for designing and developing automated tools or frameworks for highly optimized and effective test coverage
• Responsible for owning multiple features and products from a quality perspective
• Responsible for mentoring team members and guide them technically.
• Responsible to design and develop test plans based on functional/design specifications and ensures test coverage is met and customer scenarios are factored into testing
• Responsible to work closely with stakeholders and appraise them of progress, risks and mitigations.
• Responsible for creation of test plans, test requirements and test cases.
• Responsible to review test plans, test cases and requirements.
• Responsible for identifying the next generation automation tools and practices

Required Skills

• At least 7+ years of QA experience in manual and automation testing in a product based company.
• Must have a keen understand of the SDLC process. Must be comfortable in agile methodologies.
• Must have owned responsibility of testing product line(s) end to end.
• Must be highly skilled in automation. Must have contributed to the development Automation Test Frameworks.
• Must be proficient in python.
• Must be proficient in automation test frameworks like Selenium, Robot Framework.
• Must be proficient in python-based test frameworks.
• Must have keen understanding of data generation tools and practices.
• Must have knowledge of public clouds like AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Must have good knowledge of non-functional testing.
• Must have basic understanding of networking and its protocols.
• Must have good knowledge of devops practices, processes and tools.
• Has very good understanding of the overall architecture of the product, integration areas and cross product dependencies.
• Must be able to facilitate design of Automation Test frameworks across product lines.
• Must have knowledge of prominent use cases of the given product and understands customer deployment scenarios.
• Worked predominantly in Unix / Linux environment
• Must have knowledge of security testing.

• Knowledge and experience with JIRA
• Knowledge and experience in test case management tools.
