Atos Syntel is seeking to hire an experienced Presales & Practice Consultant who has dealt with large deals, outsourcing model. The ideal candidate will be well versed with Retail, Logistics, Transportation, Travel, Hospitality, Energy & Utility IT value chain and presales processes.

• Full awareness of the breadth of Retail, Logistics, Transportation, E&U & Hospitality Domain
• Aid with proposals, RFIs for Business development, Architect the proposal solution, Collaboration with onsite/offshore teams
• Demonstrated capability across the sales and implementation lifecycle
• Knowledge of different platform options
• Familiarity with non-technical aspects of transformation including process improvement frameworks, benefits realization
• Ability to lead written responses and oral presentations with on-site and remote technologies for RFIs, RFPs, and unsolicited proposals
• Ability to develop business cases, project plans, and complex, multi-partner proposals for migration or implementation

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in a Presales, Services, or Enablement management role
• Exceptional ability to build and manage relationships and expectations with stakeholders, supporting organizations, and peers
• Experience with project management and agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, management, negotiation and organization skills with the ability to communicate at executive levels of the organization
