We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Preferred Relationship Manager to join our team.

As a Preferred Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, providing financial solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-net-worth customers.
  • Understand their financial goals and needs.
  • Offer personalized financial solutions, including investments, insurance, and wealth management products.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with preferred customers.
  • Achieve revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities.
  • Share market insights and advice with customers.

Desired Candidates Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 Years in Sales and Marketing department of Banking, Finance, Insurance or Investment domain. And we can also consider from Telecom, Pharma Domain
  • Also, 1 to 3 years in HNI Client Portfolio Management experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
