Job Responsibilities:
- Managing production of Precast elements for residential building work including walls, slabs, staircases and beams
- Preparing work reports, progress reports
- Plan production in 2 shifts and ensure execution according to plan to meet the deadlines
- Managing supervisor teams to ensure timely delivery
- Directing and Monitoring supervisors teams to prepare the moulds for casting
- Prepare and complete Quality checklists to ensure complete quality control of the elements
- Plan procurement of raw materials, consumables to ensure timely Procurement to ensure smooth production

Preferred experience:
- 8-10 years experience in Production managing of Precast plants specifical to building construction
