Position: Divisional Manager - HR & IR (Plant)

Loction: Hosur

Industry: Automotive

Qualification: MSW or MBA - Human Resources with specialization.

Experience: 15+ years

Language proficiency - English, Tamil (must), and other regional languages

Job Description:

  • Responsible for plant HR & IR strategy and implementation
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in compliance and labour laws
  • Should have good experience in handling union, signed at least 2 collective bargaining agreements.
  • Responsible for creating a great places to work
  • Assist and guide managers about their roles and responsibility in delivering innovative quality products and solutions.
  • Work closely with leadership team in the plant to deliver the maximum productivity
  • Engage with the team for strengthening their performance and overall productivity
  • Able to think strategically and translate business goals to HR operations
  • Good communication, organisation, problem solving, coaching, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Experience in managing and developing research and development team
  • Manpower planning, Productivity and optimise the resource
  • Identify the training needs, address the competency gaps through training interventions
  • Proactive industrial relation with union and management
  • Implement best IR and HR Practices
