The opportunity

The position is for a team within the digital marketing COE within EY Shared Services. The candidate will be supporting the web marketing team and will be working with the clients to ensure optimization of EY.COM experience, page building, the management and activation of content in ey.com. With a primary focus on EY.COM, the scope of the role extends to search, content optimization and, working with BMC analytics, demand generation and analytics.

Activities include the coordination of the content calendar and alignments, coordination, and execution of Tier 1-2-3 EY.COM articles. The candidate will also play an active role in measuring and optimizing taxonomy, UX and content and organic search (SEO) performance.

Your key responsibilities

  • Maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, etc. working closely with the service line/ regional BMC teams.
  • Co-ordinate marketing briefs between stakeholders for editorial & publishing processes.
  • Project manage the digital project including but not limited to web marketing projects, focused on non-BAU and new deployment
  • As an author/ publisher/ page builder, create a webpage based on all information provided/ add proper components/modules - as specified in the word document received from stakeholder/editor
  • Manage, create, upload, and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for ey.com and related sites
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and approvers to ensure content is published on time
  • Possess an eye for design and basic knowledge in design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and MS Office software
  • Optimization of ey.com pages in collaboration with BMC digital lead, GTM leader and global marketing insights/optimization teams and help drive digital best practices in ey.com content
  • Help track content KPIs and analyse page performance against marketing goals to help inform and optimize content strategies and drive engagement
  • Work closely with the Social Media team to collaborate on social media campaigns and make suggestions on how to integrate them with other channels and mediums
  • Map content to buyer journey
  • Track performance of content and report on key metrics


Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong understanding of how digital marketing helps deliver marketing/business objectives
  • Experience with, and a strong understanding of digital channels
  • Experience with, and a strong understanding of digital content and web publishing
  • Experience in publishing with Content Management Systems (CMS), Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage
  • Experience with and a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization
  • Experience with web analytics tools, Adobe Analytics is an advantage
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate excellent US English written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-centric, agile mindset and way-of-working Ability to influence without authority, leveraging data and analytics
  • Strong focus on detail
  • Take the initiative; be proactive in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Understanding of AEM (or any CMS tool) and complete understanding of diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages while ensuring its optimal performance


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Understanding of HTML
  • Experience with visual asset management
  • Flourish or equivalent data visualization tools

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in using AEM
