KRA:

1. Ensure optimum manpower resources at the region at all levels

2. Conduct training as per the need & requirement

3. Timely administration of salaries, incentive & other employee payouts

Job Location: Mumbai & Delhi

Exposure

4-5 years in HR generalist role / Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Financial Indicators:

1 Ensuring the talent acquisition cost is maintained at the minimal level.

2 Notional cost retention.

3 Ensuring the timely review of the Team members/OTs to move into next level.

4 Ensuring there is an increase in the internal promotions among the Operations department.

5 Prepare & present performance related report periodically

6 Ensuring the key employees are retained.

Customer Orientation & Process Indicators:

1 Ensuring there is increase in the referrals at the ground level.

2 Organize office picnic & Regional Caf Manager Contest, Employee of the month etc

3 Ensuring PMS compliance in the respective regions.

4 Compliance of HR Practices & policies in conjunction with management pertaining to exit, F&F settlement & induction.

5 Ensure supply of Uniforms, employee handbooks in the respective region.

6 Issue of IDs, Name badges & official documentation

7 Handle & resolve all employee grievances.

8 Career panning & counseling.

9 Regular caf visits to engage employees at workplace. Timely update of the documents & employee details, post recruitment.

10 Coordinate updates of attendance website by Operations.

11 Communicates effectively with payroll manager regarding salary issues & arrears by way of timely reports.
