  • Vendor development, Costing & Negotiation
  • On time conversation of PO from PR
  • Co-ordination with vendor & user for material delivery and resolving issues, if any
  • Regular Updating respective users the status of delivery
  • MIS reports to be submitted on monthly basis
  • Daily followup of materials against Purchase orders with supplier
  • To maintain track sheet on daily basis

  • Candidate must have experience of Utilities and Building Maintenance procurement.
  • Execution Skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Should have basic Knowledge of SAP software
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Should have knowledge of MS office tools
