Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Background verification (BGV) process
  • Initiate BGV for the new hires based on customer specific package that is applicable
  • Update and maintain BGV tracker
  • Coordinating with BGV vendors, candidates, recruiters and hiring manager regularly
  • Follow-up with vendor on BGV turn around time and ensure verification is closed withing SLA
  • Handle non-green verification reports through deviation matrix
  • Apply due diligence in discrepant cases in collecting right set of information for reverification or exception approval.
  • Compliance to data privacy and ensure BGC data is not shared with other parties without the consent of the employee
  • Coordinating with HR Business partners on severe discrepant reports for next level of action

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Able to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams (Candidates, Talent Acquisition team, Delivery Managers & Vendor)
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Should have experience in handling daily transactional activities and managing BGC related queries
