Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Background verification (BGV) process
- Initiate BGV for the new hires based on customer specific package that is applicable
- Update and maintain BGV tracker
- Coordinating with BGV vendors, candidates, recruiters and hiring manager regularly
- Follow-up with vendor on BGV turn around time and ensure verification is closed withing SLA
- Handle non-green verification reports through deviation matrix
- Apply due diligence in discrepant cases in collecting right set of information for reverification or exception approval.
- Compliance to data privacy and ensure BGC data is not shared with other parties without the consent of the employee
- Coordinating with HR Business partners on severe discrepant reports for next level of action
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Able to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams (Candidates, Talent Acquisition team, Delivery Managers & Vendor)
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Should have experience in handling daily transactional activities and managing BGC related queries
