We are Hiring forOffice secretary

We are looking for an office secretary for the FAFAI office located in Chruchgate*. The broad outline of nature of work is mentioned below
  • Salary can be in the range of Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month*.
Nature of Work
  • A) Secretarial
Looking after Secretarial Work such as general office administration, drafting letters, preparing minutes of Managing Committee, Sub-Committee Meetings, AGM and EGM, Preparing Report of the managing committee for the AGM, Assisting Chairperson of various sub-committees and coordinating their events and workshops.
  • B) Organizing
Attending meetings and workshops held in outside Mumbai and make further arrangements
  • C) Office Administration
Managing day to day work and maintain staff records, checking emails and reply to those mails, Reporting important matters to Office bearers.
  • D) Accounts
Maintaining Petty Cash accounts, checking the payment vouchers before sending to Hon. Treasurer and Secretary for their signature
  • E) The FAFAI Journal
FAFAI Journal is Quarterly Activity

Looking after entire work of the FAFAI Journal right from collecting the articles from authors, canvassing and collecting advertisements, gathering and collating news items and industry news from other related journals, compilation, proof reading and final production of the Journal. Maintain Advertisement and Subscription records, visiting printing press as and when required, distribution of Journal to Members and Subscribers etc.
  • F) Library
Maintaining records of Library Books and periodicals, timely subscribing them, assisting visitors for their reference, maintain library register, arranging books category wise, replacing tax, excise, vat, GST related books with new edition, selecting technical books of our interest and send to relevant head to for their study and approval.
  • G) Seminar
Seminars are organized once in two years

Assisting Seminar committee for all the seminar related works maintaining record of Registration, Hotel Accommodation, Exhibitors, advertisements for Brochure, Souvenir etc. Look after Brochure Printing, Souvenir and Exhibitors Directory and arranging meeting of Seminar committee and recording of minutes etc
