Job content

Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.

Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary

Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.

Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming mail.

Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, dispatch etc.)

Should be well versed with EPABX, Printer, Scanner, Fax Machine

Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Operate office equipment, such as printers, etc.

Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks (If required any)

Inventory the stock of office supplies and order what is needed

Other admin work.

Should be willing to work in fast phased atmosphere.

Good in communication (Preferred English and Hindi language.)

Should be fluent in English

Self-confidence, motivation, and tenacity

Ability to enhance organizational performance

Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.

Only Female Candidate will be preferred

Any Graduate with good communication skill

Should have Excellent Telephone Etiquette’s

Should be well versed with basic computer skills like MS Office

Should have prior experience in handling front office and admin work

Attend the interview along with updated cv with photo and documents between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on working days.
