Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the quality function of the diagnostic network operations for a particular region.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, taking corrective actions against lapses
• Help in refining the SOPs to capture the regional nuances
• Putting systems in place to prevent lapses in SOPs
• Own the quality function of the diagnostic network operations for a particular region.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good problem solving & analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing small teams
• Must be a graduate, post graduation is an added advantage
• 3 - 5 years of experience in diagnostics domain (Phlebo side)
• Experience in process improvement in diagnostic or any other industry
• Understanding of the basic phlebotomy processes
• Work experience in quality management is a plus
