We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager with a strong expertise in digital and social media marketing for Conrad Bengaluru. What will I be doing?

As the Marcom Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Digital and Social Media Mastery:

Profound knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.

Expertise in harnessing the power of various social media platforms to create compelling campaigns and build an active online community.

Strategic Thinker:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Conrad Bengaluru’s business objectives and brand identity.

Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine and adapt marketing approaches.

Content Creation and Innovation:

Lead the creation of captivating and shareable content across digital and social media channels.

Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data analytics tools and insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership:

Inspire and mentor marketing teams, promoting collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Budget Management:

Understand and prioritize the needs and preferences of Conrad Bengaluru’s target audience in all marketing endeavors.
