Roles and Responsibilities

• Detailed study of tender documents / preparation of prebid points/ attend prebid meeting.
• Prepare tender and contract documents including BOQ s
• Quantity take-off
• Rate analysis
• Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.
• Site fixed cost / Site overheads working
• Well conversant with technical specifications of various items schedule of rates and important contract clauses.
• Escalation working
• Preparation of technical submission including CPM/ PERT, MS project, Primavera, cash flow statement etc.
• Required computer proficiency in MS office, MS project, Auto cad etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education - BE (Civil) /Diploma (Civil)
• Experience - 8 to 10 years in Estimation /Tendering field in Construction viz. - Residential & Commercial and infrastructure projects like roads,flyovers, bridges etc
