Job description

This position at AgroStar will be primarily leading Payroll and HR operations team and will also be partnering in Compensation and Benefits monthly/annual exercise. He /She will be custodian of the complete employee lifecycle from On-boarding to Exit along with a team size of 3-4 direct reports. Reporting to Lead –People Practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Designing and executing end to end HR Operations strategy for employees including payroll, HR MIS, analytics, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Insurance FnF management, employee database report and HR dashboards.

2.Managing and revamping HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all key stakeholders.

3.Strong understanding of payroll with working experience in checking input and payroll output file ,good understanding of tax and compliance .

4.New-hire process , Confirmation, Leave management, promotion, transfer, separation. Responsible for employee handbook and letters (Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Separation, Termination, Verification, etc.). He /She will also be responsible for seamless management of HRIS and Employee records.

The right candidate for this position will be a full time MBA in HR with 7-9 years of experience; minimum 1 year team handling experience . Basic understanding of Compensation and Benefits will be preferred.
