Role & Responsibilities:


  • End to End IT Recruitment handle.
  • Need to work on entire recruitment cycle and close the position as per timeline.
  • Should have experience working on Niche skills.
  • Understanding job description and job specification of assigned position.
  • Sourcing resumes through job portals, head hunting, references, networking.
  • Identifying specialized potential candidates through multiple sources simultaneously.
  • Posting jobs and fetching resumes from job portals.
  • Briefing candidate regarding job description, company profile in detail.
  • Explaining candidates about different rounds of interview from introduction round/IQ Test/ till final HR round and coordination with the candidates.
  • Take initial information from the candidate about their profile.
  • Schedule the candidate for the walk-in and call-in interview and follow up with them.
  • Employee Engagement need to maintain good network with candidates and internal employees.
  • Monthly follow the position target as per performance management system.
  • Prepare multiple reports daily/weekly and master tracker.
  • Multiple regress calls and follow-up with the candidates.
  • Handling walk-in drives in weekends.
