Job Description

As Lead Qualification Specialist (LQS), you will complement Pall s sales and marketing operations team by managing the inbound marketing leads from multiple sources including website and other digital sources to qualify them for the sales process. You are driven to support the corporate marketing goals to improve lead quality and lead conversion leading to sales productivity and forecast accuracy. Your partnership and support of sales team associates will further develop the sales funnel and standard work to improve quality and accuracy. On daily basis, you will help develop and maintain efficient processes and standard operational protocols (SOP) for inbound inquiries from prospective clients. They will then move to further qualify via phone, email or social media channels the prospect and help to set up initial sales interactions when appropriate. The LQS will be responsible for driving process efficiency, delivering sales lead qualification targets as per established process and timelines along with the ability to lead Problem Solving Process (PSP) to countermeasure any deviations from achieving defined lead qualification goals.

You will be responsible for carrying out marketing lead qualification:
  • You will be responsible for initial contact and pre-qualification of incoming marketing leads and determine sales potential prior to sales team assignment.
  • You will be communicating with leads via LiveChat, email, social media or over the phone to overcome objections and determine if a need exists of the potential customer.
  • You will also be responsible for some outbound calling efforts to bring in new business to the company.
  • You will need to execute against and resolve certain administrative requests (product or service inquiries, prospective customer data collection and process improvement, bowler maintenance, etc.)
  • You will liaise with internal teams for technical support and order management, prepare quotations as required follow up to secure orders.
  • You will assist with marketing campaign follow up (website traffic, email campaigns, pay-per-click, trade shows, events, engagement on our eShop, etc.) through inbound support and lead management activities; including extensive lead qualification through research, live phone conversations with executives and CRM system research.
  • You will assist sales team by documenting, tracking, and analyzing prospective member request trends, issues with inbound process, request fulfillment metrics, and inbound volume patterns in order to improve lead generation process
  • You will qualify all form submissions generated from country-level digital marketing efforts (PPC, email, Web, other).
    • Probe into contact / suspect s needs and interest in relevant Pall Filtration and Separation products.
    • Execute against established processes, call scripts and email responses templates to qualify suspects into one of following states:
      • has interest / and intent to purchase offline (move as opportunity into sales funnel)
      • has interest / and intent to purchase online (convert them to our eShop)
      • Unqualified to be further processed in the sales funnel (close the lead, and handle them outside of CRM)
    • Collect relevant contact information necessary for field sales outreach and/or future marketing activities
  • You will execute lead qualification activities assigned by
    • Navigating to correct individual within a site / company that is responsible for purchasing decisions and those who are performing the actual research and operating lab instrumentation
    • Conducting number of calls at or above daily target
    • Generating marketing qualified leads (MQL) or sales qualified leads (SQL) at or above target
    • Embracing feedback from marketing manager on how to improve communications and or selling skills
    • Managing follow-up activities in a rigorous manner prior to turning over leads to the sales team/CRM
  • To meet the departmental and individual key performance indicators (KPI) agreed with your Line Manager, and report on a bi-weekly frequency the activities in daily management stand-up meetings to all stakeholders involved.
Requirements

And Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or master s degree and 2+ years experience in lead qualification, tele marketing or tele-sales in B2B market (including cold-calling) or experience in customer service or technical inside sales (TIS)
  • Highly self-motivated, success driven and passion for sales
  • Solid understanding of tactical sales skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle.
  • Self-starter: You re the kind of person that sees opportunity and tackles it.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic; strong attention to detail; ability to work well with others
  • Strong communication and selling skills
  • Tenacious and resourceful (unfazed by phone rejection / hang-ups)
  • Facile with computer skills (able to conduct data entry to capture prospect / lead / customer contact information)
  • Use of outbound phone, email and other communication tools to prospect key decision makers and establish meetings for the sales team
  • Experience in using CRM tools (like Salesforce.com or SAP C4C)
  • Must be familiar with using Linked In as a tool to find, research, and connect with people
  • Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure
  • Ability to build relationships and work well across functions
