Roles and Responsibilities

  • Looking at candidates between 3 6 years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Must have hiring experience of IT Infra, InfoSec & IT Application side
  • Understand the requirement and client’s need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
  • Make timely submissions and provide the required information to the Managers.
  • Maintain regular reports and MIS. Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills.

Having Good understanding of IT Software skills and Technologies
