Job Description:

We require an IT Engineer on Urgent Basis. The details of requirement as mentioned below

Department : IT Department

Qualification : Diploma / B.E (I.T) or any other equivalent degree

Experience : Min. 5-7 years IT Support

(Must have relevant experience in troubleshooting of IT hardware, servers, Software etc., installation of OS, assembling of systems, asset and inventory maintenance.)

Job Responsibility :

  • Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Maintain security and backup of all installed system / Software periodically
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • To do Monthly preventive maintenance of all Desktop, Laptops and Software etc
  • Monitoring of CCTV Camera
  • Troubleshooting of network and software related issues.
  • Provide Training to staff on newly installed hardware and software system
  • Any Other work related to Hardware and networking

Other Required Skill :

  • Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
  • Ability to project managements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
  • Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
  • Organizing Skill and the ability to Multitask
  • Ability to be proactive and take the new initiative
  • Good Communication Skill
