Batish Technologies Private Limited, a Chandigarh based IT Solutions Company is looking for a dynamic IT Business Analyst (B. Tech / MCA). Successful candidate will work on international projects and will be responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, project conceptualization, UAT and delivery.

Job Description

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Assessing clients’ needs, identifying and documenting client requirements by interacting with internal and/or external clients.
• Creation of SRS (Software requirement Specification) document, BRD, FRD, Dataflow, Wireframing.
• Defining project requirements and IT solutions to achieve those.
• Coordination between client and / or internal teams.
• Timely project completion and delivery.
• Project UAT and client communication.

Desired Candidate’s profile:

• Education Qualification: B. TECH (Computers) or Master’s degree in Computers
• Experience - 2 to 4 years of direct IT project Business Analysis experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (Written and verbal)
• Must have expert level skills in MS – Office & Web and Desktop based applications.
• Must be proficient in using MS - PowerPoint, MS – Project, VISIO, Figma, Adobe PDF and other such tools.
• Good analytical skills, Dynamic, aggressive & result oriented professional.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Background on Software Testing or Software Development will be an advantage.
• Must be comfortable to work in Night Shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
