Description
    Excellent English communication skills and experience in supporting US/UK customer over phone.
    Good customer handling skills
    Open to work in night shift
    Core Concept and understanding of SCCM is mandatory as mentioned above.
    Knowledge on Active Directory or Azure AD, Roles, Permissions and Group Policy
    Deep Knowledge of MS Intune, mobile device management, mobile application management.
    Explain different types of enrollment in iOS, Android or windows device.
    Differentiate between Azure AD join Vs Azure AD registered Vs Hybrid Azure AD join
    Knowledge of terminologies in Intune like Conditional Access, SCEP, Supervised Mode, User Affinity Enrollment and without user affinity enrollment.
    Remotely managed Devices
    Create compliance rules for users and devices
    Control device features and settings
    Devices and data protection
    App protection policies
    Hybrid Autopilot
    Policy Conflict.
    Troubleshooting Policy related issues.
