Detailed responsibilities:

1. Finance Operations:
  • Quarterly expense planning and forecasting
  • Monthly expense reporting
  • Variance analysis
  • Department transfers
  • Liaison with all HPE operations teams – Procurement, Finance, Internal orders
2. Hiring and Vendor management:
- Coordinate and program manage all employee and contingent worker hiring - right from screening profiles, interviews, purchase orders and all the way through onboarding on the employee/contingent worker
  • Invoice tracking and reconciliation
3. Team KPI and metrics tracking and reporting
  • Weekly revenue reporting for overall organization and individual programs within – GEO Strategic accounts, Cross BU solution sales plays, Global SI program, BU collaboration
  • Track and report on non-revenue KPIs
  • Success stories
  • GSE Newletter
  • Reusable artifacts – white papers, tektalks, solution blueprints and tools
  • Enablement sessions
4. Training management
  • Organize and schedule training for team working with HR and HPE vendors based on requirements
  • Manage and track mandatory and planned trainings completion
5. Asset management
  • Asset tracking from order placement to deployment
  • Capex and Opex orders

Skills required:

1. Expert level knowledge of Excel including automation with Macros
2. Knowledge of managing Sharepoint sites
3. Knowledge of general accounting practices
4. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and work across the organizations and teams
5. Experience in managing a program or initiative across multiple regions/geographies

1. Prefer a degree in business administration (BBA/MBA)
2. Familiarity with HPE internal processes
3. Scripting/programming knowledge to automate repeated tasks
