Job Responsibilities
As a VSTO/.NET senior developer, the candidate will participate in the design / development / customization and maintenance of software applications. The candidate will also be maintaining a close working relationship with the other application stakeholders. Candidate must also demonstrate the ability to independently work in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking, efficient time management and excellent communication skills.
Essential Skills

• Expert programming knowledge in VSTO and VBA
• Experience in automation projects using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Knowledge of MS Access (preferred)
• Knowledge of building custom installer packages for deployment
• Ability to work with cross functional / domain teams
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodology e.g. Waterfall, Agile etc.
• Experience on MS SQL Server and above.
• Experience of code review and code refactoring with best industry practices.
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodology e.g. Waterfall, Agile etc.
• Must have knowledge on UML (ER/Sequence/Class/DF/Use Case diagrams).
  Desirable Skills

  Preferred Qualifications:
  
• B. Tech / MCA with 7+ years of relevant experience of developing software applications
• Assist in project management of micro-innovation projects.
• Able to create tools, templates, SOP/training manuals, process documents etc
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with management, staff and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills.
