As a HSE site lead you will serve as a functional HSE expert, providing Safety and Health program leadership and technical support to the facility. Work within robust operating and management systems to reduce risk. Strengthen systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and Honeywell requirements with special emphasis on Safety programs. Partner with business leaders and employees to continuously improve HSE culture, awareness and accountability in support of business objectives.

This role is located at Honeywell HBT manufacturing site in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate HSE processes and safe work practices into daily operations

Management and continual improvement of HSE programs including Management system & operational control procedure as per Honeywell HSEMS Requirements.

Lead HSE initiatives and continuous HSE improvement to support achievement of site goals and ensure zero harm to everyone

Drive Excellence and engagement in HSE through management, leadership and employee involvement, worksite risk assessments, hazard prevention and control, and HSE training

Deploy and manage HSE initiatives to continually improve performance of assigned programs and processes

Develop and implement safety programs to maintain compliance with all HSE regulatory and company requirements

Oversight and project management of HSE projects as needed

Perform site compliance reviews and safety auditing as needed

Drive the BCM, Sustainability & all EPR related compliances applicable to HSE.

Ensure 100% compliances for all HSE legal & other requirements.

Lead & support for all HSE & Energy Certification for internal & external audits.YOU MUST HAVE

Bachler degree in science/ Engineering or equivalent

Three to Five years of hands on experience in managing HSE at Factory / ISC level.

Must completed HSE qualification from authorized government institute to act as a safety officer as per state or country legislation requirements.

ISO 45001 & 14001 Lead auditors certification desirable

HSE program/project development, implementation and management experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience in dealing with HSE certifications, Permits & compliance.

Experience with HSE management systems

Must have ISO 45001, 14001 Certification experience

ISO 50001 — Energy management experience will be added advantage.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Innovative thinking to create continuous improvement

Working knowledge of computer skills

Experience with Working with Sustainability projects & scoping

Experience with Business continuity Planning & on site management.
