As an HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring), you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of positions across different industries. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring/recruitment
  • Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment activities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Conducting full cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Managing and building relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Screening resumes and assessing candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Conducting reference checks and background screenings as required
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Assisting with onboarding activities and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
